VSS monitoring takes great care in ensuring that every product shipped from our facility is 100% tested and delivered with maximum care, on time per the user's request and expectations.

For most of our standard products our lead times rank among the industry's very best averaging between 1 and 3 days varying only according to the product's regional destination and also the extent of customized product design the customer may require. Variations in this regard tend more often to occur among our portfolio of fiber products given the enormous range of speeds, topologies and cable type applications.

All products are shipped from our facility in the Silicon Valley within a multiple thick layers of foam cushioning surrounding every side of the product which in turn is enclosed in two custom sized boxes. The first and inner box is a white 200lb die cut mailer while the outer shipping box rated at 250lb ensures maximum product safety.

The user can also expect, at the time of ordering product, to be able to choose from an extensive list of options relating to shipping method and carrier. If required insurance options are also made available to the user at this time.
