Danaher Corporation to Acquire VSS Monitoring
Washington, D.C., May 29, 2012 - Danaher Corporation today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire VSS Monitoring, based in San Mateo, CA. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
VSS Monitoring, a leading provider of Network Packet Brokers, offers innovative solutions that optimize the way data is extracted from high speed communication networks. VSS Monitoring is expected to join the communications businesses in Danaher’s Test and Measurement segment. The deal is expected to close by mid-June.
