1. WordPress Web Developer
Are you a WordPress Web developer with 1-3 years? We're looking for someone who has experience customizing themes via child themes, customizing plugins, and other ad technology.
2. Graphic Designer (With WP Experience) (no longer accepting applications)
We're looking for a great graphic designer to create custom graphics for our posts, infographics, youtube channel. Additionally, we are always trying to improve the design of our web pages to optimize for user experience and conversions. We want to consistently deliver the best experience we can to our users and we want you to help us with it.
3 .Freelance Writer (3)
We're always looking for more writers who know about technology. If you think you are knowledgable about any topics in our website header, then reach out. Instead of a resume, please send us 2-4 articles about technology that have been published under your name. We're hiring up to 3 more writers to keep up with our demanding content output.
4. Data Analyst
We're data driven more than anything else. We're looking for a quality data analyst to sift through data to maximize revenue while not hurting page experience. This data analyst should be good with spreadsheets, Python, have a knowledge of SEO and digital marketing. Additionally, the data analyst will help run CRO tests by A/B testing layouts with our designer to improve the delivery of our content.
5. Data Entry
We're data driven more than anything else. We're looking for a data entry specialist to input found data, clean it up, validate sources, etc. to support our Data Analyst. Candidates will have attention to detail, familiarity with creating formulas in Google Spreadsheets or Excel (Spreadsheets preferred), experience in SEO, and will know how to operate independently.
6. Virtual Assistant (Looking for 2)
Our team has expanded and we need help doing various small tasks, uploading content, formatting content, social media, and more. This is a great "jack of all trades, master of none" role where we are looking for smart people who are flexible who are very internet savvy. This role will report directly to the CEO and the Content Manager.
7. Online Research Assistant (no longer accepting applications)
We collect a lot of data. The Online Research Assistant will be working closely with our Content Manager to do research on various studies, statistics, and to suggest ideas based on trends to help with various SEO campaigns. Additionally, the Online Research Assistant will build lists of companies and individuals' contact information for outreach.
Our Culture
We're a fully remote team that doesn't believe in micromanaging. That said, we keep meetings the amount of meetings low and with just a few people at a time so that there is no time wasted. We use slack to communicate and build culture, with emails used for more important matters, and a weekly meeting with your team. Apart from that it's fairly independent.
We pride ourselves on a good culture. We promote education and constant learning, mental health, collaboration, and flexibility. As a remote team from different areas of the world it's more important that we get the work done than sticking to a set schedule of time. Sure, we need some consistency, but our team members enjoy working at times convenient for them - whether they are in the US, Europe, or Asia.
